The 33-year-old reality TV star shared a new snap of her six-month-old daughter gnawing on a white blanket on Instagram.
Underneath she wrote a caption simply reading "SMILE."
The photo is one of only a handful which have been shared by Kim since North was born in June, as her fiance, rapper Kanye West is fiercely protective of his daughter.
Kim was spotted earlier on December 16 in Beverly Hills, Los Angeles, out with her baby on a shopping trip with her sister, Kourtney, who had her 17-month-old baby, Penelope, with her.
Meanwhile friends have quashed rumours of third Kardashian sister, Khloe, dating baseball stat Matt Kemp.
Khloe was pictured heading to the gym with Matt on December 13 just hours after filing for divorce from estranged husband Lamar Odom, but sources insist they are just friends.
An insider told People.com: "They are just friends and have been for a long time. Khloe is absolutely heartbroken right now [over Lamar] and dating someone is the last thing she's thinking about."
