Lindsay Lohan wants to go and party in Europe with Paris and Nicky Hilton.
The troubled actress has been ordered to do community service as part of her probation from her no contest plea to misdemeanour theft earlier this year - with the 25-year-old star having a year to complete 480 hours service - but instead of completing it she is reportedly keen to go and enjoy a holiday with her socialite friends, who have been spending time in France and Spain.
A source told RadarOnline: "Lindsay wants to go to Europe and spend time with Paris and Nicky. Lindsay's advisors are telling her it's just not a good idea for her to go. But Lindsay doesn't have any travel restrictions on her, she can travel internationally."
However, the 'Mean Girls' star's father Michael Lohan is worried she s being "sidetracked by the wrong people".
He said: "After all she's been through in the court system and the opportunity she's been given to do her time outside of the prison system I would hate to see that opportunity go to waste.
"She has so much talent and so much opportunity I hope she doesn't take it for granted by being sidetracked by the wrong people. She's just being set up for failure."
Among the work Lindsay has been ordered to complete in the forthcoming year is 380 hours at a women's shelter - of which she has completed 40 - and 100 hours at the Los Angeles County Coroner's Office.
