Photo exhibition narrates charm of old Beijing

Photographer Bai Hao's photo exhibition featuring old Beijing's hutongs, siheyuan(traditional quadrangle courtyards), royal palaces and royal tombs is being held through Aug 12 on the first floor of Xicheng District's No 1 Library. Bai Hao is a Beijinger, born in 1962. He began to work at CCTV in 1984 after graduating from Beijing Union University's Institute of Electronic Engineering the same year. He has been working as an engineer ever since. Right now, he is a senior telecommunication engineer at CCTV, a member of China's Heritage Society and a member of the academic council of China's Yuanmingyuan Society. |
