6.1-magnitude quake jolts waters off Taiwan: CENC

BEIJING - A 6.1-magnitude earthquake hit the sea area off Taiwan at 1:23 pm Beijing Time on Tuesday, according to an initial report from China Earthquake Networks Center (CENC).
The CENC put the epicenter at 25.45 degrees north latitude and 122.41 degrees east longitude.
