China Telecom chairman under probe

BEIJING - Chang Xiaobing, former chairman of China Unicom and current chair of China Telecom, is being investigated for suspected "severe disciplinary violations," the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Commission for Discipline Inspection (CCDI) announced Sunday.
