Chinese military, Kazakhstani defence personages meet

BEIJING - Fan Changlong, vice chairman of China's Central Military Commission, met with Saken Zhasuzakov, Kazakhstan's first deputy defence minister and chief of staff, on Friday.
Fan said during the meeting that he hoped the two countries' militaries can strengthen communication and cooperation under the framework of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization and enrich the two countries' overall ties.
Zhasuzakov voiced hope that the two militaries can find more areas for their cooperation and advance their friendly ties.
