Over the past five years, 64-year-old Zhang Guicai has recorded the memories of 3,650 dreams he has had.
Zhang, a retired teacher in Dandong, Liaoning province, records his dreams in a diary every morning after he wakes up. It's a habit he's repeated since June 18, 2008.
Now the unfinished diary has more than 630,000 Chinese words, local newspaper Liaoshen Evening News reported on Monday.
Zhang said he sometimes remembers up to five dreams when he wakes up in the morning.
Zhang said he usually doesn't sleep well but is energetic during the day.
Many of his dreams are about lottery tickets because he likes buying them, Zhang said.
