Wang Chunsen, 20, wanted to live a different life to his parents, who were both laborers. He started as a telephone sales clerk before becoming the manager's assistant.

He prepares the manager's meetings and sometimes organizes games for other staff. Initially, he often worked until midnight sorting customers' materials and practicing communication skills. Now, he is very skillful in those tasks. He wants to one day become a good business negotiator.
