Let's take a look at five greenhorns who have worked in a mobile Internet company called Timso Group, based in Hangzhou, capital of East China's Zhejiang province.

According to the company's human resources chief, about 50 of its employees or interns are those born after 1995, accounting for five percent of the total workforce. In a few years' time, that fresh blood will likely become the company's backbone.
