How do you handle the hardships or setbacks, if any?

With the setbacks, which there always are, we are going through them right now. The key thing is to focus on what got you here.

And to be fair the burden of hardships is taken. You have to focus on the fairness and you have to focus on the future.

If I came down from a mountain, I have to look for the next mountain and see how I am going to climb that one.

What do you think about the Chinese Dream? What is your dream and ambition in China?

The Chinese Dream and the American Dream are similar concepts. Those stories that we tell to ourselves as nations that it is possible for us to excel and succeed, and build a better life.

Those kinds of ideas are important for people. They want to feel like there are opportunities. And that's how we feel about it too.

There are a lot of opportunities in different areas. My dream is that we can build broader and broader relationships, and those relationships can improve more and more people's lives.

What are your hobbies and how do you spend your free time?

My favorite thing is skiing. I love to ski bumps. The reason is because I spend too much time on thinking about the future, and when you ski on bumps, you can only think about the bumps ahead. It's very much about being in the moment, so I like that.

How many times have you been to China?

I have been here a lot, and I have spent long periods of time here. I have also brought my friends here. I have actually seen a lot in China, but I haven't seen everything yet. There are still lots of places that I want to go.
