Fonterra CEO addresses media

The CEO of the New Zealand global dairy giant, Fonterra has just held a press conference on his firm's contaminated whey protein. Theo Spiering says there have been no reports about anyone becoming ill or complaints from customers.
The chairman of the company, John Wilson also says they will continue to investigate what happened, and promise it will not happen again.
