BEIJING -- The Ministry of Commerce on Friday launched anti-dumping probes on some alloy-steel seamless pipes imported from the European Union, the United States and Japan.
The MOC will examine whether and to what extent such imports have hurt Chinese businesses, the MOC said.
The probes are expected to end within a year, but may be extended for another six months under special circumstances.
