While there is turbulence in the Chinese economy, the main message is that China bounces back silencing the alarmists. My reading of President Xi's message is that the slowing down of the economy will continue and that the government is trying to change its growth model away from past growth strategy.
China's reform strategy must continue. The government is fighting many battles in order to push through reform. It is important that reform passes for China to continue enjoying high growth.
