Food crisis in the horn of Africa

The UN estimates there are currently 13.3 million people across the horn of Africa in need of emergency assistance. The millions of people come from Ethiopia (4.5 million), Kenya (3.75 million) and Somalia (4 million) plus an additional 150,000 in Djibouti. In the first of a six part series DJ Clark describes the current situation and the role China is playing in the relief effort.
