Festival Croisements 2011, the Franco-Chinese cultural festival, is a spring package that is full of surprise, with no less than 183 events in dance, theater, music and exhibitions to be held across 25 Chinese cites.

Now in its sixth year, Festival Croisements is back with an innovative program of events.

The festival supports headline events in China's artistic scene. All areas of artistic endeavour are represented, bringing together famous French artists and the most talented contemporary Chinese artists.

The 8th French Film Panorama was presented at Beijing's Sanlitun Village on Thursday night.

A delegation of French filmmakers and actors as well as Chinese celebrities attended the opening ceremony.

UniFrance will be presenting 10 new French films and 10 new short films as part of the 8th Annual French Film Panorama in the next 7 days.
