Linus Holmsater, 26 years old, founder of the Beijing Heyrobics movement and his dedicated team of six instructors have heat up the exercise scene in China. Heyrobics or 'Jympa' is the biggest sport in Sweden and is a fun and effective way to work out in large groups. Linus shares his philosophy and ambitions through this growing work out concept in China.
