The 5th ICCIE starts in Beijing

The 5th China Beijing International Cultural & Creative Industry Expo kicked off at China International Exhibition Center on Nov 17.

The ICCIE, which was started in 2006, is a platform built by the Chinese government in the capital city of Beijing for international exchanges and displays in implementing the national strategy of developing the culture industry, and integrating one of the industries related to culture and creative industries and the many elements of the culture market.

It is also a platform for integrating resources, capital docking, gathering business opportunities and trade cooperation for Chinese culture and creative industries, which have a huge potential demand.According to incomplete statistics, 1,018 cooperation projects were signed over the past four sessions of the ICCIE, worth a total of $17.8 billion.
