Rob Davies is the minister of Trade and Development as well as a member of parliament in the Republic of South Africa.

China Daily had an exclusive interview with him during the Second World Investment Forum held between Sept 7 and 9 in Xiamen, Fujian province. Davies assessed China’s interaction with the world since it joined the World Trade Organization 10 years ago. He also offered his voice on the opportunities and challenges developing countries face in the world investment and trading system.
