Curbs lifted: July 29
Eastern Chinese city of Wenzhou also announced move to lift home purchase restrictions. The city government will no longer require verification of potential buyers' current home ownership status. The city's average new home prices in July stood at 13,679 yuan per square meter, up 0.36 percent month on month.
