China needs to improve high technologies research, keep State-owned companies, do not privatize them. Improve on education, more universities and research institutions, lower education fees, health care for all it's citizens, better retirement and pension package, tax 300 percent on alcohol, tobacco, gambling, luxury things and learn more on Singapore's criminal and corruption codes.
