Comment on "Will festival travel get better?" (China Daily, Feb 1)

I have two suggestions to ease this long-existing problem in a practical and efficient way:

First, we need a strict responsibility system under which local officials and railway station staff should shoulder more responsibilities.

Second, organize the distribution of tickets by orders one to three months before each Spring Festival. Tickets must be sent to people who order the tickets. One ID one ticket.
