My wife and I visited Beijing recently and were very impressed with the city, especially the infrastructure - the excellent roads, railways, airport, as well as the hotels and monuments such as the Palace Museum, Tian'anmen Square, Chairman Mao's mausoleum, Ming Tomb, Lama temple and the Great Wall.

The weather was cold, but the spirit was high and we have nothing but great memories of the city.

Congratulations to the Chinese government and its people. We look forward to traveling on the new bullet train from Beijing to Shanghai this year.
