With economic development and social progress, old Beijing is disappearing in the name of modernization; the adaption of fashionable clothes, western-style architecture, multinational cultures and food can be regarded as a part of modern city, but some traditional flavors of Beijing cannot be changed, because we love it and we want to preserve it.
