MOSCOW - Russia is ready to hold individual bilateral talks with euro zone members and provide them with financial help through the International Monetary Fund (IMF), the Kremlin's top economic adviser Arkady Dvorkovich said on Monday.

Dvorkovich also told reporters that Russia could invest up to $10 billion in the euro zone economy using IMF tools.
