China confident of euro zone economy

BEIJING -- China's central bank governor Zhou Xiaochuan said Friday that China is confident of the economy of the euro zone and will support the countries grappling to overcome their fiscal difficulties.

"China is very confident of the euro zone," Zhou told reporters in Beijing.
"Although some countries in euro zone have difficulties, we will strongly support them to overcome their current fiscal difficulties to improve their economy," Zhou said.
