Manolo Blahnik's famous BB pumps (inspired by French sex siren Bridget Bardot) is the brand's second-best-selling style in Hong Kong. The 90 mm heel height sells best. It also comes in 50, 70, 90 and 105-115 mm, which are popular with Chinese-Americans.

Although the best-sellers in Hong Kong are black kid and white patent, the territory has the independence of carrying their own color choices.

With Jimmy Choo's extensive choice in pumps alone, Choi says: "I think it is fair to say that there is always a pointy-toe court in our best-sellers. But the color, fabric and heel height may vary from season to season."

The versatility of the pump is unlimited and as Choi says: "(It) is an enduring style that can be styled many ways to create a look that can be both fashion forward or classically elegant or feminine and sexy ... Any shoe height or style can be sexy. As mentioned before, it is about confidence, how you hold yourself and how you walk in your shoes".
