Taiwan sculptor brings colorful work to Beijing

Hong displayed several imaginative, animal-themed works during the recent ice and snow carnival at the suburb Yanxi Lake resort, grabbing the attention of a lot of children visitors.
The showcase was part of a tour of Hong's works on the mainland this year, which had earlier decorated Beijing's Olympic Garden and will move on to the capital's Ditan Park.
Hong's works were on shown at the Hakone Open-Air Museum in Japan in 2013 and in Los Angeles last year, winning wide acclaim from the public.
