Drinking water shortage in S China

Students at Gengsha School in Fengshan County of Hechi City, in Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region, wait for drinking water on Sept 19, 2011. Starting July 1, the region recorded the lowest precipitation since 1951, and 63 counties and 11 cities are affected by the drought.
