CHANGSHA - A truck driver in central China was arrested Wednesday on a charge of endangering public safety after his reckless driving left five dead and six injured.

Li Chenggang felt bullied after a dispute with another motorist over a traffic accident at a construction site in Changsha, capital of Hunan province, and this anger caused him to recklessly drive his cement mixing truck, the Changsha public security bureau said in a statement.

The 33-year-old drove his truck onto a street where he hit the 11 victims. Li also damaged 33 vehicles during his rampage, the bureau said.
