Rescuers in Dalian city, Northeast China’s Liaoning province, discuss a plan to right a Sierra Leone cargo ship after it tilted near Dalian Port on Wednesday. The ship leaned to one side by 30 degrees at the port while cargo was being loaded, causing an oil spill. Four Chinese oil recovery vessels are cleaning up the contamination. [Photo/Xinhua]
