Ships rest at anchor in fog-shrouded Dalian, northeast China's Liaoning province, Dec 22, 2010. Heavy fog hit Dalian Wednesday morning, disrupting the traffic in the coast city as visibility was reduced to less than 50 meters. The city's international airport and seaports became fogbound as the fog alert level was elevated to "red", the highest in China's weather warning system. [Photo/Xinhua]
