Top 10 Chinese consumption habits in 2013

China last year saw the majority of its total consumption expenditure were spent on basic needs.

Euromonitor International looked into where the money went, and the market research and data analysis company found more than a quarter of Chinese total consumption expenditure were on food and beverages.
