Two artists from the Snuff Puppets troupe based in Melbourne, Australia, conducted a performance at the Great Wild Goose Pagoda square in Xi'an. They carry three-meter-high puppets to interact with tourists.

The performance is one of the activities staged during the 7th Xi'an Drama Festival. In the last two weeks, 26 locals and four artists from the Snuff Puppets troupe have jointly created seven large puppets with elements from Xi'an. After the performance, the puppets will be left in Xi'an, creating a unique scene in the former ancient capital.
