Premier Li Keqiang welcomed leaders from Thailand, Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar and Vietnam to the first Lancang-Mekong Cooperation (LMC) Leaders' Meeting in Sanya, South China's Hainan province, and took "family photos" with them on Wednesday.
