Two Chinese diplomats shot dead in Philippines

China's consul general to the Philippine city of Cebu was shot and wounded and two staff killed inside a restaurant on Wednesday, a police spokesman said.
Song Ronghua was rushed to a hospital for treatment, the spokesman said, adding a Chinese woman suspect was arrested.
The deputy consul and the finance officer for the Chinese consulate in Cebu were killed in the incident, AFP reporetd.
The attack occurred at 1.30pm at a popular Cebu restaurant that serves Filipino food, where the consul general and his staff members were having lunch.
"We're still trying to determine the motive for the shooting," the spokesman said, adding the attacker was also dining at the time of the shooting.
"We have the suspect, a Chinese woman, but we would need translators to interview her on what really happened."
