Indonesia lifts tsunami warning

JAKARTA - The Indonesian Meteorology and Geophysics Agency on Saturday lifted tsunami warning issued after a 7.3-magnitude quake in eastern part of the country.
There was no big waves coming ashore during the warning, only those with height of 0.09 meters and 0.01 meters were detected off two small islands in northern Maluku province, an official of the agency told Xinhua by phone.
There were no reports of casualties or damage from the earthquakes which occurred respectively at 09:31 am Jakarta time (0231 GMT) north of Makulu province with the depth at 10 km under sea bed and at 10:08 am Jakarta time (0308 GMT) north of the island of Sulawesi at a depth of 35 km.
