6 killed in clashes near Cairo University

CAIRO - Six people were killed and 33 others injured in clashes that erupted early Tuesday between supporters and opponents of ousted Egyptian President Mohamed Morsi in the vicinity of Cairo University, Giza governorate, the health ministry said in a statement.
