Dow, S&P refresh all-time highs

NEW YORK - Wall Street bounced back Tuesday after Monday's slip, with the Dow Jones Industrial Average and the Standard & Poor's 500-stock Index closing at record highs, boosted by dovish remarks by top Federal Reserve officials.
The Dow nearly gained 0.3 percent, and the S&P 500 went up 0.2 percent while the Nasdaq rallied 0.2 percent.
