SEOUL - The Republic of Korea's government proposed Thesday to hold working-level talks with the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) on Kaesong industrial complex's unresolved issues, such as carrying out production material and goods which are still remaining at Kaesong industrial complex.
Seoul suggested holding a working-level meeting with DPRK at the border village of Panmunjom and said Pyongyang could reply in their convenient way, Yonhap News Agency reported.
The Unification Ministry called on the DPRK to have a positive attitude in responding to the talks offer over Kaesong industrial complex. Some 123 ROK's companies at the Kaesong industrial park are suffering economic loss because of halted operations, according to local media.
