122,000 Syrian refugees in Lebanon: UNHRC

BEIRUT - The United Nations Higher Refugees Council said Sunday in its weekly report that the number of Syrian refugees receiving aid in Lebanon has reached 122,000.
The UN report pointed out that 88,794 Syrian refugees in Lebanon have been registered, while another 33,500 are still waiting for registration.
It added that there are around 6,000 Syrian refugees arriving in Lebanon each week, and the current figure represents an increase of 77,030 refugees since July.
