During a one-day visit to Algeria, "I've handed President Bouteflika a message from Emir of Qatar Sheikh Hamad Bin Khalifa al-Thani on bilateral relations," the official APS news agency quoted the Qatari prime minister as saying after his meeting with Bouteflika.
