TOKYO - The Tokyo District Court on Friday ruled that Samsung Electronics Co has not infringed Apple Inc's smartphone and tablet computer patent.
The ruling came after a US jury's decision earlier this month that Samsung copied key features of Apple's iPhone and iPad, ordering the South Korean company to pay $1.05 billion.
