LONDON - Forces loyal to Libyan leader Muammar Gadhafi continue to fight rebels in the capital Tripoli and control 15 to 20 percent of the city, a rebel spokesman told Al Jazeera television on Monday.

"They are basically controlling four areas so far ... that represents only about 15 to 20 percent of the city," the rebel, identified as "Nasser", said.
