Pakistani foreign secretary leaves for China

ISLAMABAD - Pakistani Foreign Secretary Salman Bashir left here on Wednesday for a two-day visit to china.

The foreign secretary will hold consultations with Chinese Vice Foreign Minister Zhang Zhijun on bilateral, regional and international issues on April 28-29, a Foreign Ministry statement said.

The visit is in the context of the established Pakistan-China Strategic Dialogue mechanism between the two foreign ministries, it said.
