ROK suggests holding inter-Korean Red Cross talks

SEOUL - South Korea proposed Wednesday holding Red Cross talks with the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) next week to discuss confirming the "free will" of DPRK nationals who officials here say wish to defect, local media reported.
