TEPCO head apologizes for nuke emergency

TOKYO - The President of Tokyo Electric Power Co (TEPCO), owner of the crippled Fukushima No 1 nuclear power plant in Japan, apologized at a news conference Wednesday for the nuclear emergency which is still unfolding at the facility.
