Suicide bomber attack police in E Afghanistan

KHOST -- A suicide bomber attacked police department in Paktika province east of Afghanistan on Saturday, casualties feared, spokesman for provincial administration said.
"A suicide bomber wearing police uniform blew himself up next to police department in provincial capital Sharan at around 12:10 p.m. local time," Mukhlis Afghan told Xinhua.
He also said that it is too early to say if there were any casualties.

Eye witnesses at the site of incident confirmed that ambulances have reached the area to take dead and injured bodied to hospital.
Meantime, a local official on the condition of anonymity said that four policemen were killed and few others sustained injuries.
However, spokesman for provincial administration Mukhil Afghan said that complete details will be released to media after investigation. He also avoided commenting if the bomber was killed.
Interior Ministry also said in a statement that details about casualties would be released after investigation.
