Chef Stefano Nicodemo's mysterious "chocolate sphere" at Shenzhen's Paletto restaurant is a hollow ball filled with 13 flavors from around the world including mango jelly, coconut marshmallow, mascarpone mousse - and sweet seasonal strawberries.
