Then there are visits to the DMZ/Panmunjom military demarcation line between the North and South, and the meeting hall where the truce negotiations were held and the armistice was signed in 1953; Koryo History Museum — the highest educational organ of the Koryo Dynasty.

Back to Pyongyang: Mansudae Grand Monument; Mangyongdae Native House, the birthplace of the late leader Kim Il-sung; take a ride with local people in the world's deepest metro; visit the Tower of the Juche Idea, and the Monument to the Founding of the Party.

Day 3

It takes about two and half hours by road to reach Mount Myohang, one of the most beautiful natural scenes on the Korean Peninsula; International Friendship Exhibition Center and the Pohyon Temple, an 11th century Buddhist temple. Back to Pyongyang: Visit a local middle school and watch performances by students; Arch of Triumph; China-Korea Friendship Tower — in memory of the Chinese Volunteers who fought in the Korean War (1950-53).

Day 4
