Sichuan becoming traffic hub of W China

Part of the Ya'an-Xichang Highway in Sichuan province. The photo was taken on April 18, 2012. Sichuan province decided to turn into the traffic hub of West China in 2007. Since then, 42 highway projects, with a total mileage of 3,887 kilometers and a total investment of 310.7 billion yuan have been under construction. [Photo / Xinhua]
